The cool spring body pillow has just enough filling to make me sleep more comfortably on my side. I would recommend him a body pillowcase. I tend to get warm when I sleep and I found the cover just protects the body pillow and helps keep me cool. This is a very comfortable body pillow and I cannot sleep at night without it. I had a lot of trouble relaxing the muscles in my thighs and lower back when I slept, and because I slept on my side I sometimes tossed and turned at night. A fluffy, cool body pillow helped almost eliminate that. I still roll over but just change position and I can sleep again and the number of times can be once a night now. I highly recommend this product.
