Makes a Difference on my review.
My running times have been in a downward trend lately. I purchased these bands to help strengthen certain muscle groups that tend to be neglected. I am very pleased with the versatility of the bands and the varying tension strengths. The colors also make it easy to distinguish between the tension strength. There really is a difference between the various bands. Although it has only been a short time since I purchased them I have noticed a difference in my running.
- Great if you like to workout and really want that extra resistance and strength.
- The bands may not be durable enough for everyday use
