Works (almost) perfectly, I'm thrilled.
These door lock actuators are direct replacements from the factory at a fraction of the price of a single lock actuator. The locking actuators required a small modification to the white lever to make this clear, but this can be done by hand with a steel file. Definitely 5 stars for the price and functionality. I am really amazed that they are so cheap and that all 4 have been working and have been for over a month now. I'll update the review if it doesn't work.
