This was just what I needed to get my old Ryobi drill working again. Pre-rolled it should be fairly easy to install by simply threading it into the spring cap and then snapping the mounting wire into place. Just pay attention to how the old spring came out so you don't put it in the wrong way around. It's quite difficult to reinstall properly after installing it backwards (live and learn. I'll pay more attention to spring alignment next time!).
