UPDATE: I had to search a little to get a reliable contact with CKL support but once I managed to do it they reassured me that my warranty was up to a year and they helped me via E-mail the troubleshooting until the problem was resolved. decided. It turned out that one of my USB connections (the one to my desktop computer) was not fully connected. Anyway, in the end the support was excellent. *** First let me say that I really liked the way this KVM worked. I bought it in February 2020 and it's been working pretty well ever since. The return window closed in March and the support window closed in August. Now, in October/November, the USB Unifying receiver on my Logitech MK545 wireless keyboard and mouse suddenly stopped being recognized by the desktop connected to the first channel of the switch. That's right, the receiver/keyboard/mouse works when I switch to channel two (my laptop) but when I switch back to channel one I have to unplug the receiver and plug it into my desktop to unlock the keyboard/mouse receive. Work - completely nullify the use of a switch. The same thing happens when I try to connect the receiver to the front of the switch. Spending $107.17 on a switch only to have it break within a year is UNACCEPTABLE and I really hope something can be done to fix/replace/swap my switch. I can't even contact the seller. It sucks.
