Use it to dry your wooden cutting board

Wooden cutting boards are still very susceptible to water damage, even with good care with mineral oil. In my normal work in the kitchen, cutting boards need to be cleaned and dried regularly. Having to keep a supply of dry towels (paper and cloth) on hand seemed extremely wasteful and slow. This type of mini mop is easy to store and takes up little valuable space in the kitchen. Of course, it doesn't get all the water, but it greatly reduces the need to dry towels repeatedly and tends to run faster.
