It has a very strong magnet which is great, with my Galaxy S8 I don't even need any of the magnetic adhesive that comes with it. The bottom support arm is way more brittle than I thought and I'm not sure how strong it will be, it also rattles like crazy when pushed out. Luckily the magnet is strong enough that I don't even have to use it. You also need strong vents as my e90 is too heavy for a phone so I have to put it on the lower vent bar for the dashboard to support it. This is more of an issue with any vent mount than a specific issue with this one, but it's worth bearing in mind. With that at least, the vent clip is very solid and reliable so you don't have to worry. All in all a reliable product.
