This material is legal. Says it works up to 8 weeks, I noticed a difference after 1 week. It's not a lotion texture, feels a bit slimy/moist but after it's absorbed it's ok. Totally worth the investment. I have a large bust and I have two children. It "tightens" everything to make it look tighter and smoother π Happy shopping!
