good quality door handle. A lot of the negative reviews don't seem to come from people in the know. There is a right way and a wrong way to install doorknobs and also make sure you have the right type. This door handle finish is high quality, I don't see it faltering. Installation was easy, replacing the existing one took about 5 minutes. This is the best value for money and better quality than pens in this price range that are available in retail stores. It has a quarter turn for easy opening and closes better than most handles I've used. Some won't like the quarter turn as it doesn't seem like much. Advantages: low price, quarter turn, easy to install. Cons: a quarter turn (someone might not like it).
