Dangerous, overheats and can cause fire
The product received did not have a 3.3V regulator in IC3 but a 0 ohm resistor (see lower right corner of the picture). The picture on the parts page clearly shows the IC regulator mounted on the board. When the power was turned on, the circuit board got very hot and could burn out if not turned off. Not only was this item different from the one pictured, it was clearly dangerous to use.
