Bad replacement when you need a new one
At first this product came bent and out of shape. It wasn't packaged well so I had to fold each piece back the way it was supposed to be in order to use it. It didn't fit any lamp for which I needed a replacement head. On one it doesn't twist properly at all, on the other it fits better, but with severe lateral twists. I would never order them if I knew how they would arrive unfolded and bent on one and waste money on the other because it wouldn't fit my old lamp. It's supposed to be a generic head, but it definitely isn't.
