Review on Immerse Yourself in JVC EXOFIELD Theater: 7.1.4 Multi-Channel Surround Sound, XP-EXT1 Personal Home Theater System by Omar Svagera

Revainrating 5 out of 5

By far the best home theater you can get with headphones

There's definitely a lot of confusion when it comes to how to connect them and what can and can't be skipped, and that's understandable. This can be quite difficult, especially if you were trying to figure it out yourself when they first came out as there was about 0 information on the internet. Basically, you can't get through Dolby Vision. But my 2021 LG SN10YG soundbar is no different from my 2021 LG CX OLED either. You can't have 4K, HDR and 60 fps at the same time, even if you're using 48GB HDMI, at least with the 2021 Nvidia Shield Pro in my experience. Anyway, there is a workaround for that. I just plug my Nvidia Shield straight into my LG CX HDMI 1 for perfect 4K, YCbCr - 444 - 10bpp, Dolby Vision or HDR10, 60fps to 120fps. For the audio I just use the eARC channel and run HDMI 48Gbps from the eARC port on my TV to the eARC port on the XP-EXT1 and set the XP-EXT1 to the digital port and point the app at the eARC and I have no problem. The XP-EXT1 is superior to the Sony MDR-HW700DS, the Sony WH-L600, the SENNHEISER RS 175 and the SENNHEISER RS 195 in every respect. I bought and returned them all. The key is to get the most out of the XP-EXT1 and get the 3 experience that JVC sells. You must use the eARC connection for the DSP to get all the bandwidth needed for Dolby Atmos playback, you must have a high-speed audio connection using an HDMI cable. to get the effects of ceiling speakers. Optik or Toslink will not help you as they cannot support multi-channel audio. And finally, you take a whole bunch of measurements, often do the trimming process. Also take various readings, e.g. B. make sure they are absolutely quiet and that the headphones fit perfectly and that you are standing in the middle of the room. There is a microphone in the speaker cup that uses sonar to measure your ears and emits sweep signals. You'll find that slight differences in how you wear your headphones during the measurement will affect the sound you get. Sounds can sound synthetic or strange at first, take on another dimension and use Theater Room 2 if you want the powerful bass punch they have to offer. Don't forget to turn up the gain and EQ. I just want
