Exactly the size I needed!

Disposable square pans that are the right size for my fryer are rare, I've only found them. I use them in the freezer to prep food ahead of time so I can just thaw it and pop it in the fryer. Exactly what I needed, only they are very thin. I double them for the freezer, but at least 3 layers are needed to prevent warping when removing hot food from the fryer. I just use the same layers again and put a new pan on top each time. It would be nice if they were stronger, but the pros of the size I need far outweigh the cons.
