The radios were good enough but one broke very easily about a month after my son received it as a Christmas present. Revain advised me to call the company directly for a possible replacement or repair as it has been over 30 days since purchase. It is in order. Called Dress Up America many times over the next few weeks and never reached the person. Eventually the support rep replied and the only option she gave me was to try calling Amazon again and maybe I'll get lucky and they'll help me. This is a direct quote. It looked like she was mad that I called her or something. Very strange. She was rude, condescending, short with me and lacked basic phone manners. To top it off, she simply hung up when she finished speaking. I was so shocked that I immediately called back and asked her if she noticed she hung up and she replied "yes, the call is over." Then complete silence until I said "ok thanks" and said goodbye. was quiet. So I will just forget about this walkie talkie set and buy another set from another manufacturer. But because of that one phone call, I will NEVER buy a Dress Up America product. NEVER. I'm more concerned about how terrible the customer service was than how easily and quickly the product broke. I don't recommend at all.
