My Experience with EASYGUARD, or How to Fail at Customer Service and Make Cheap Products

I'm always on the lookout for cutting-edge accessories that will improve the performance and visual appeal of my automobile. So, I thought I'd give EASYGUARD's car and theft-prevention products a shot. My interactions with the business, however, were largely negative. To begin, they had terrible communication with their clients. It took days for them to reply to my emails asking about their products, and the customer service agents I spoke to were rude and unhelpful. Second, the quality of the items I purchased was very poor. I was disappointed that the anti-theft gadget I bought didn't function as advertised, and that the interior accessories were so cheaply manufactured. I was told I would have to pay shipping and restocking fees when I contacted the business for a refund or exchange and was met with resistance. In sum, I was very dissatisfied with how things went with EASYGUARD. I feel like I've been scammed out of my money and time due to their terrible customer service and subpar goods. If you're in the market for high-quality, dependable auto accessories, seek elsewhere.
