The best thing about communca is that it allows multiple people in an organization to work from different locations, but still be able to communicate at one central point as well! Nothing so far has been bad or really disliked.
It's great for internal communication purposes too because you're working remotely while also being connected via email etc when needed. Its good if your team doesn't all sit together every day like mine does sometimes haha- otherwise I would prefer everyone was sitting around my workspace everyday (which isn't realistic). Having remote workers means we are less reliant of physical meeting rooms which helps reduce costs and make our lives easier during Covid19 lockdown times where restrictions have stopped us moving freely outside offices/officespaces in London.
