The collar is durable leather and the rhinestones are still there. The color is VERY faded! If you prefer pastel colors then this collar is for you as the neon coloring will fade within a few months and the color will almost disappear after a year hence I would give the product 3 stars overall. My rating to the seller is only two stars for the fast delivery, otherwise there would be no stars. When shopping at Here Kitty Kitty & your Little Dog Too, be aware that customer service is non-existent and make sure you are purchasing the right size collar for your dog. I have tried 3 times to contact the seller to exchange it for a larger collar - absolutely NO response. The collar fit my dog in the last hole but I wanted the next size up in case he gains weight. Emails were ignored and I was never able to get the seller to exchange the collar. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE BECAUSE YOU STAND WITH WHAT YOU WERE SENT! If I buy another of these collars I will look for another seller. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
