Not the same shade as the pebble gray Trex plank, although it says so on the box.
We just installed a pebble gray Trex deck and ran out of dowels so were glad to find them but. They are one shade darker than Pebble Gray as you can see in the picture. Hopefully they will fade in the sun and blend into the decking material. They're made for Trex bolts, so if you're using other bolts you'll have to shave those dowels off a bit to get them to fit.
