I have a square extension and when I tried to tuck it under the cable holder on my desk it didn't fit. So I tried to find a power strip that was thin enough to fit in but with enough outlets to power 2 computers, 2 monitors and some accessories. This extension seems to have good performance, so I bought it. I bought it 2 weeks ago and today I received the notification email for the "Revain Early Reviewer" program for this product (it also shows somewhere above). So here it is. The cord on this extension was actually longer than I needed, but that's ok. Build quality is top notch, just like other more expensive brands. If I only have one comment, it's that the bushings are a little tight for my liking, but otherwise everything is fine. As a test, after plugging everything into this power strip, I ran a stress test on 2 computers (1 gaming and 1 streaming) at full load to make sure it was drawing the most power it could simultaneously connect to my laptop ( what I do regularly). The extension cord held up well and didn't even get hot. So I think it will be a long time since I don't use my computers under full load all the time. In general, there is nothing to complain about with this extension cable. It works great for my needs. If you are looking for an extension cable that can connect 2 computers to stream games, this extension cable is highly recommended.
