They're not exaggerating in the slightest: This is the LOUDEST bike horn I've ever heard, and that's exactly what I need. I ride off-road on paved terrain. Too often I meet pedestrians with children and/or dogs who completely block the road or endanger my bike. To make matters worse, they almost always wear headphones. It's the only bike horn I know of that's loud enough to get through and warn them I'm about to overtake. Only possible downside: it used to scare my poor dog so much that one day she ran away. Come on, she was found quickly and that's all good that ends well. Incidentally, that also frightened the mechanics in the bicycle workshop that I use for maintenance and repairs. After the first time they started having fun and surprising new members of their team who had never heard of it.
