I've been using it for over a month now and three people are using the shower. It was an easy install and it is clearly a quality product. It's very convenient to grab the lever and manipulate the flow from zero to full - it's not difficult to move at all, even under pressure. I'm 5ft 10" tall and as I waited for it to arrive I was concerned that it would lower the shower head height enough that I would have to squat down to rinse my hair, but it's compact and I do The only minor thing I'd like to point out is that there's kind of a 'tipping point' at the low end where it has a louder sound, so I usually run it a bit harder than I'd choose when showering , just to keep the noise down. It's a really small thing and I probably only notice it because my work schedule requires me to get up a few hours earlier than my wife and I don't make any extra noise. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't care. To be clear, that noise factor is a tiny issue that most others won't even notice, and it's certainly not a denial, but it's worth investigating. Outside.
