Cannot be used as supplied which is a rare downside for the normally excellent Pro'sKit line.

Useless! The plastic grip on the handle goes up so high that the jaw lock cannot be released. Jaws literally cannot open. I'm not going to cut the plastic off the handle just to be able to use the tool. And I won't drill out the locking bar, because then I have a tool that keeps opening and doesn't stay in my pocket. Returned.
