Perfect fit on the 2016 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. Simple 5 minute installation, all that is required is a philips head screwdriver to push the plastic anchor heads in. A second set of hands to help line things up at first is helpful but not a must have. Looks great. I did apply the bumpers on the Carflector rather than on the car as another reviewer suggested. If it works as well as the ones we have on our other cars we will avoid chipped paint on the hood and bugs will be directed higher on the windshield, if not completely up and over the car. This is the 4th car we have installed some variation of this brand of deflector on, they hold up well and do their job. Clear, chrome or smoke, flush mount, medium high or high, choose the model that will compliment your car.
