Ease to connect with customer service reps was our favorite part about working in this office! The staff is friendly & professional yet laid back as well so it's not intimidating at all for anyone visiting here from different companies/businesses that utilize their help desk solutions (Forward). I will admit though - sometimes we'd have issues contacting technical specialists when needed but overall very satisfied using FBSs Help Desk Support Center Services.- they are great- easy access 24*7 365 days or year round if anything does go wrong during normal business hours!! The team at forward is very professional in their field! They are always willing to help with any issue that comes up during our business day or after hours as well!! I have nothing bad about this service provider they do what we need them too so all good there. Our computers run smooth now since implementing FBS into my office. ! We were having issues before but no longer thanks for taking care off us. !!
