Review on Shepherd App by Justin Miller
The best medical app hands down and worth every penny
I love how easy it is for my clients who are in different time zones! They always know what's going with me when they see that green smiley face icon!! Also there aren't many apps out right now where you can do all of this at once so if anything goes wrong we don't have an issue stopping us from continuing our work day until resolved because everything else works flawlessly.
Nothing really but sometimes their website gets slow loading which isn’t ideal considering its meant be used by doctors as well since most offices use them anyways (which makes sense). If anyone has any questions just ask away or reach back through email support@shepherdapp.com anytime during business hours Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm PST.
Pros
- Easy to navigate across multiple platforms.
- even tho everyone seems busy these days due more workload than usual :) It honestly feels like family working here :)
- Friendly & prompt response times whenever contacting client services about inquiries / problems encountered throughout workflow process..not only thru app features specifically designed b y user feedback too) ; )
