Gnimihz is better than most, although it's hard to tell. I've been using microfiber since the beginning, many years ago. I find the difference in quality noticeable. Gnimihz is closed. It absorbs oils better. I usually prefer dry to wet, but either will work. Humidity can be preferable to metal. This is a large and heavy fabric. But I treat it with care to maximize its lifespan. I also liked the short site with directions. They are useful for both utility and fabric care. I only use purified water for washing because my water is very hard. And not too hot, just warm and never close to boiling. If you've ever had to rip the bottom of a $100 glass off its slender stem, you'll be as happy as I am once you read the instructions.
