I installed the tube as per the little instructions in the box and just to make sure I didn't pinch the tube I didn't use tire shovels. Now with the tire on and the wheel in place, I increased the tire pressure to 115psi. 5 minutes after the wheel was mounted on the bike and on the stand, I heard a loud bang. The chamber exploded with such force that the tire was blown off the clincher. When I looked for the cause, the inner tube had torn along the factory seam. These hoses are so delicate that even factory glue cannot hold them together.
