Lightweight and durable.

See if you keep them properly inflated they work well. I've been using it for 5 years now with no problems. Tried other brands, not that many. The secret lies in the thickness of these guys' rubber. The main advantage is comfort and cornering. I promise they will take the racing tire to the next level. There is no significant weight saving. It's the closest thing to a tubular without the hassle.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use

  • Not the best

Try another brand

Faulty valve. This is the 2nd time out of 5 tubes this has happened to me with these Vittoria latex tubes. I've been using latex for years and I know all the tricks to get the perfect fit. But the quality issues with them are enough for me to change brands because it became too expensive and of course I don't have time to return it (which I get for buying in advance to prepare for what I really need) . I will continue to be a fan of latex tubes, but not this one from Vittoria.

The pipe will explode. on tires and tubes

I installed the tube as per the little instructions in the box and just to make sure I didn't pinch the tube I didn't use tire shovels. Now with the tire on and the wheel in place, I increased the tire pressure to 115psi. 5 minutes after the wheel was mounted on the bike and on the stand, I heard a loud bang. The chamber exploded with such force that the tire was blown off the clincher. When I looked for the cause, the inner tube had torn along the factory seam. These hoses are so delicate that

Very nice, but in a short time already a couple survived.

The rolling resistance is much lower and I really feel like I'm going faster with it; Seriously, that part is very true. I pulled 4 of these in about 3 weeks and they aren't cheap. I drive in some areas that have regular roadside debris and glass. Upon inspection I found very small holes which is surprising as they should be a bit more flexible. A change of residence in 35 degrees heat is very uncomfortable. You must inflate or check the pressure before each ride to avoid pinching.

  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Not sure

Are you man enough for PINK?

Preview: This is my first time with a latex hose. I've been tubeless on all my road bikes and mountain bikes for many years. However, I had a new bike and didn't want to spend extra money on new tubeless wheelsets. So I'm trying a different approach for a bulletproof ride. After much research I settled on 25mm Conti Gartorskin leather on the back and Grand Prix 4 Season on the front latex tube with optional orange sealing. My goal is to have less than to have no home. I don't race and have a…

Great for cyclocross but be careful with the sealant

I use them in my cyclocross tires (yes 28c tubes are great for 33c tyres) for racing and just normal terrain and Training. I went this direction to be able to easily change tires (for changing conditions) but still be able to ride at relatively low pressure without fear of pinching. Even on very rough terrain, I can easily run in the high 20psi range. Undoubtedly the improvement in handling and grip is significant (compared to butyl tubes) and they are objectively lighter and claim to improve…
