Summary: Highly recommended. Nice looks, very quiet fan, nice extras What I liked: - A business card with instructions on what to do if you are dissatisfied or satisfied with the product. This caught my attention as I wasn't expecting this kind of customer service for such a product.- Full color booklet with assembly instructions. I expected instructions but not in color with pictures. Radiators for Raspberry Pi versions 3B+ and 4. Awesome, got some unexpected goodies! I can use heatsinks on my 3B+ - Nice little screwdriver Awesome! I don't have to look for it in my tool box. The fan is very quiet. Great, because my Raspberry Pi will be in the living room and I don't need fan noise. Looks very good! After putting it together, my wife complimented it on how nice it looked. Great airflow for Raspberry Pi. Due to the construction, it benefits from airflow that helps keep it cool. I think things will help improve the product: - I found that the instructions were missing some details when I was struggling to assemble following them. I had to step back to understand. - So why 5 stars even though I commented on the instructions? Well, there were so many wow factors about the product that it overshadowed the struggles I had building it. If I buy another Raspberry Pi I will definitely buy one of these cases again.
