My favorite peeler is gone. I've searched to find the one I like as much as the missing one. I found a Rex aluminum vegetable peeler with Swiss blades and an ergonomic non-stick handle, for potatoes, all fruits and vegetables, made by Bovado USA, sold by: Fresh Colony to replace it. I was dying to try it to make sure it was as good as my other one. I have to say it was better than my predecessor! The vegetable peeler is made of stainless steel, which means it will last a very long time. The pen fits perfectly in the hand. I will be able to use it for a long time without hand fatigue. The blade glides easily over the vegetable skin and quickly removes it. I even used it to peel sweet potatoes! It even has a piece of metal on the side to remove the "eyes" on the potatoes. Can be washed in the dishwasher. I'm so glad I found my perfect Peel replacement! I received this product for free in exchange for my unbiased review.
