I've been using them daily on my two dogs for about two weeks now and they've worked great so far. Everything came fully charged except for the second collar which was half charged. I fully charged everything the day I received them and haven't had to charge any components yet and they all still show a full battery. I have used other remote control collars from different manufacturers but this is by far the best I have had. You can connect up to 4 collars to one remote and it was easy once you followed the instructions. (You only need to connect the second collar, the first one is already paired) The collars have reflective stitching, which is useful at night. There is only one beep but it is loud and caught my dog's attention the first time I used it. The vibration function is adjustable from 0 to 9 and feels powerful in my hand when tested (however, my dogs respond better to beeps than vibration). The shock function is also adjustable from 0 to 99. *** Instructions say to take the dog outside at 10am for the shock and then stand up or fall from there. My dogs are 45-65 lbs and I followed these instructions and had to shock my dog (we don't have a fenced yard, my dog ran into the woods behind our house after a rabbit - this is the only time I've shock your dogs) and the setting of 10 was too high. I would suggest starting with 1-3 and working your way up depending on how your dog reacts. quickly switch to the next dog. To be honest this is probably more of a concern for me right now, although I think it's going to be forever, it's actually not a big deal. Overall I would recommend them to anyone. For the price the quality is excellent.
