Stops working after a day.

Lasts less than 24 hours absolutely perfect. We were very excited that they turned out to be of much better quality than others we tried. In the middle of the next morning, one of the collars accidentally disconnected and would not reconnect. The battery is charged, it enters pairing mode normally, but nothing leads to actual pairing. The receiver will exit pairing mode after a few seconds and that's all it does. Simply unsuitable. Should get a refund or replacement I think.

E-Collar failed to pair with transmitter

I bought these e-collars in June and they no longer work. I only used 1 collar and it worked relatively well. I agree with other reviewers that the electrocution is very powerful even on the lowest settings. That's why I only ever used the vibration mode. I tried to pair the second transmitter and lost pairing with the first collar and now I can't pair with either collar. I reset the transmitter as instructed and now both collars are unresponsive. I've only had them for 3 months. If the…

Failure of Collar, Harness and Leash Shock Absorber

Update: I feel I must share that I have been offered $50 to have my critical review removed. I've noticed that the offer to change the reward for bad reviews steadily increases as the bribes increase. Please note that if it was an accident they would not ask for a change. First review: I hope I'm one of the few who have this problem. I got it and tried it on myself first - starting at 1, 10, 20, 50. They got stronger over time as expected. However, when I put it on my dog, she screamed (SHOUT)…

Misleading quality of collars, harnesses and leashes

Judging by the reviews, this product was misleading. To switch between multiple collars, you need to hold down the side button and rotate the top control, then select the alert you want to give to the selected dog. Too many steps to comfortably train our dogs hard. When we received our collars we had a $20 Amazon gift card if we leave a review. The big catch is that you have to leave a 5-star review to get a gift card. Now the reviews for this product make sense. We had shock collars that…

Convince yourself first!

I understand this is a shock collar but before you put it on your dog it is very important that you test it on yourself to see what you are exposing him or her to. When we got a Great Dane puppy over 2 years ago we bought a basic training collar and only used it a couple of times but when we did it the impact force required varied from 5 to 30 depending on the location on the neck. The setting on this one is 0-99, same as on this one. At 1-5 you could feel the pulse very easily and anything…

I hate that collar. Suitable for dogs

I had other training collars but they were out of stock. It's hard to see and you have to change a lot. My last two dog collar was the Epica and the controls for both dogs were right up front. Dog 1 left and dog 2 right with 3 rows of buttons. The top button vibrated then went down to a light smack and the 3rd button to a hard smack. There was even a button nearby to vibrate an alarm for both dogs at once! Well that was a great design for a controller. This collar requires 2 hands (not great if

Great training collars

I really like them. I have two very stubborn German Shepherds. I have a total of four German Shepherds. We trained them more extensively and these collars came in handy. After reading many positive reviews I decided to give it a try. I only shocked them twice (#5) and now when they hear the beep they immediately stop their misbehaviour and come right up to me and I don't say anything at all. When I see them getting ready to do something, I signal them before they do it. Before these collars, I…

Decent collar, a big mistake.

Pros: Beep is loud enough to locate dogs even when they're out of sight. Signal strength is good over a long distance, even with trees, a barn, vehicles, etc. Battery life is excellent and I really appreciate that both the remote and collar have a battery indicator on the remote to let you know when they're low. The locking mechanism works well. Cons: To switch between collars when you have more than one dog, you have to face away from the dogs and hold down the channel button with both hands…

Great collar set for the price

I've been using them daily on my two dogs for about two weeks now and they've worked great so far. Everything came fully charged except for the second collar which was half charged. I fully charged everything the day I received them and haven't had to charge any components yet and they all still show a full battery. I have used other remote control collars from different manufacturers but this is by far the best I have had. You can connect up to 4 collars to one remote and it was easy once you…
