I had other training collars but they were out of stock. It's hard to see and you have to change a lot. My last two dog collar was the Epica and the controls for both dogs were right up front. Dog 1 left and dog 2 right with 3 rows of buttons. The top button vibrated then went down to a light smack and the 3rd button to a hard smack. There was even a button nearby to vibrate an alarm for both dogs at once! Well that was a great design for a controller. This collar requires 2 hands (not great if your hands are full, maybe you are walking 2 uncontrolled dogs?!) You will need to hold a button on the right side of the controller with your right hand while pressing the on/off button -Turn the switch to the left to choose. with the left hand to the right dog. It's taking too long trying to fix a naughty dog! Also, it only comes with 2 collars but can control 4 collars (sold separately, they can be paired with this controller). Control panel, clearly visible, all options, for both dogs, no scrolling and quick access to the right place when you need to correct the dog, no scrolling and two hands! What did you think you were doing? Terrible, ineffective, unremarkable, uncomfortable product. it was cheap. I got what I paid for.
