I was able to set up my fingerprint as a permanent option, a code for myself and an individual code for each family member. You can also set a temporary code to run for a selected period of time. It can be 15 minutes or months, he has endless possibilities. You can also set a person's fingerprint for a specific period of time. It runs on 4 AA batteries, but you can charge it with a USB cable when the batteries are low. It also comes with 4 solid keys so you can still unlock it if none of the electronics work. It's been a great purchase so far and I would definitely recommend it!
