Well made with good pipe
This is the best we have tried. Heavy manufacturing conveys a sense of durability. Less than 5 stars in "Ergonomic" is the trigger to open the spout, which appears to be upside down until you become familiar with the kettle. However, this spout opener and its mechanism is better crafted than most and produces a nice loud whistle. what I needed (she says)!
