A few of the gliders were missing from our recliner and I just replaced carpet with vinyl plank. These have option of attaching with double sided tape but you can also attach with one center screw or three smaller ones. The wood feet of our recliner have holes in the center so I predrilled the holes and attached using the three small screws, in addition to the tape. They are great
