I was skeptical when I bought these chair glides. I read reviews that complained about the glides breaking off. The grout grooves on our floor are deep so I figured our glides would break off too. We have had these chair glides for several months, and they work perfectly. It is so nice to be able to slide our chairs back and forth without the horrible scraping sound. The glides are actually double attached to the chair leg. There is the gorilla adhesive and the screw.

I had felt slides on my bar stools but they were very hard to slide on the Pergo flooring. They are easy to slide now and they don't harm the flooring.

Installation is very easy with my wood kitchen chairs. It is still early but I don't see any wear on the plastic portion of the glide and no marks on the hardwood floors. Moving the chair does sound like it is wearing something but no marks.

Slides well on tile. I don't know how strong the adhesive is, time will tell how long it stays in place. It's been on for a month and so far, so good

These glides are well made. I screwed mine to the bottom of the chairs to insure they won't come off. I also didn't use the screws that came with the glides because others have said they had problems with screws breaking while installing. Figured it was much easier to spend very little on a few screws I can trust than trying to remove a broken screw. I like the way these glides are made. They look like they will last for some time. These are well made, but they will not stick to a typical chair leg with the "Gorilla" material. That said, they can be easily installed in strong wood leg bases, using the sticker to position them. You will need to drill the legs for the screws to avoid splits.A problem is the two part construction to allow for the screw head being covered. This snap in cover arrangement makes the actual floor contact surface pretty small. On a wood floor, no problem though they could imprint in very soft…

I used the screw in option, my chairs already had some stoppers on the bottom so I took those off and replaced them with these. They were easy to install and they slide across the dining room rug nicely

I used to push and pull to move my old oak table. Now I can do it with one hand. These were very easy to attach. Wish I hadn’t waited so long. Such an easy fix to a big problem.

Produc description onRevain says for use on hard surface floors, but Item says not to use on hard wood floors unless you sweep them regularly and check bottoms for signs of grit. I don't have time to check them all the time and they were too small anyway. Look well-made and probably great on carpets but not taking a chance on my wood floors.

Felt was failing at a rapid pace. Put these on, and now the chairs glide freely over the porcelain tile planks May not provide enough glide for heavier furniture.

Have used this on on a coffee table , dinning room chairs, 5ft solid wood doll house. Needed the objects to move smoothly and easily over carpet

I used the adhesion to put it on, seems to be doing the job. The one that came with the chair cracked and I didn't want to damage my floor. I recommend this product.

I've tried all kinds of felt covers on the feet of my dining chairs, even the silicone caps, and nothing seems to work. The sliders that come on the chairs are just crap. But these things--incredible! It took me a hammer to get the old sliders out of the chair legs, and a drill to screw these in, but I thought it was an easy and reasonable process. They almost slide too well, now, but I'm okay with that!

Bought some new stools and bought these to help them slide and avoid marking up the floor. The installation is easy and works well. Highly recommend.

I have tile flooring with a thin grout line. These slides are like magic, easily glides without getting caught. Like other reviewers recommended,we followed the instructions to permanently affix them with the provided hardware. Simple to install and they stay put.

A few of the gliders were missing from our recliner and I just replaced carpet with vinyl plank. These have option of attaching with double sided tape but you can also attach with one center screw or three smaller ones. The wood feet of our recliner have holes in the center so I predrilled the holes and attached using the three small screws, in addition to the tape. They are great

They seem to be great for our dining room chairs. I like how the screw secures to the chair feet to hold the item in place, yet the screw gets covered up with a slider piece, that easily snaps into place.

They are advertised for carpet. Was dissapointed that they did not perform as advertised. They sink down in the carpe to making it impossible to slide the chair
