Crystala GE XWF Filter

Purchased June 2019 I paid $40. Now it's $9. Try to understand why? I'm ready for another gas station. I haven't really gotten a clear reason for the price drop, but after looking at the product, its NSF is 42, which I think is ok. Didn't notice any difference in taste. The filter is easy to install and Hawaiian tap water is generally safe to drink. I will probably order 3 packs given the price and no problems with a filter installed 3 months ago.
