I hate the term 'special needs' but it describes what I need in this situation. I have a genetic disability that makes my hands ache and also damages ligaments and tendons very easily. This is the only grip available that allows for two different grip styles (one for each hand). I use a trigger grip on my right hand and a large grip on my left. This grip layout and the addition of a single raised joystick grip on the left has almost 100% eliminated my gaming related pain. I am very glad that this pen appeared on the market! Besides, she looks great.
