Lumen 800 Ultra - Warning - the battery easily falls out of the holder when running

I've been running ultramarathons for almost two decades, although I mostly run 50 miles, not 100, and used to be a marathoner back then. I often run at night on the dusty/rocky trails of Southern California. I really wanted to like this product. On my first walk I took it for a run one evening and it was fine on the first climb. When conquering the first summit and on the descent, the battery fell out of the loops that hold it on the belt. After that, I haven't found a way to securely attach the battery to my belt while running or descending. I had to hold it with my hand the whole time to keep it in the holder. This seems like a major design flaw, but for such a high product price, it's a major downside. It comes with extension cords to put the battery in different locations, but I don't always wear a vest or want that cumbersome cord to come out of a vest pocket. Also, the battery is at the back of the waist and the light in the front balances the weight, and that advantage would be lost if I wore a vest and put the battery in the vest for every run. Switching the light on and off works without any problems. But it's too easy. I found the bottom edge of my shirt touching it, causing it to turn on unintentionally. In general, if you prefer RUNNING trails to hiking and don't want to wear a vest all the time, I would avoid the Lumen 800 Ultra. Product. I will try the Multiport Lumen 600 or Lumen 800 to see if they work better.
