How do you supply a cutting tool when a customer needs to assemble razor sharp blades with no instructions or link to an assembly video? I almost cut my fingers in pieces trying to attach the blade, relying only on my intuition. And after all the bickering and experimenting, it turned out to be the other way around! Print out at least a small piece of paper telling the customer that the blade is facing in! Whoever uses it for the first time needs this information or risks injuring themselves.
