Review on EZFire Records by Robbie Guinn

I like how easy it was to get started with this software. My fire station only had about 200-300 people, but we were able to train our first employees within 2 days of purchasing the product! The help desk support for any issues or questions are excellent as well. I wish there could have been some more customizations made available (examples being adding another employee number field). We've also run into an issue where if someone doesn't log onto their account regularly they might not be logged out when leaving work each day which causes problems accessing those accounts during off shifts. It's really helped us keep track of who has worked what shift over time so supervisors don't end up doing extra hours unnecessarily just because someone didn't show up one night.
