I have to admit I wasn't expecting much from them. The idea of using artificial flower petals seemed gaudy, but I wanted something for the flower girl to practice with before dress rehearsal. To my great surprise, they turned out much better than I could have imagined. The texture and thickness are similar to real rose petals, so they look the same when she spreads them around the aisle. Bridal colors are very specific and we had a hard time finding roses that matched the deep purple exactly. With them I know that the color is right and will stay that way until the wedding. I don't have to worry about them fading from condensation or sticking together. They're also a lot cleaner. Since they're right in the aisle, I don't have to worry about them getting their dress or aisle jogger dirty when they step on it. The flower girl is still quite young (2 years old) so don't worry if she gets too excited and crushes a few. They simply reverted to their original form.
