Hey everyone, let me get to the point. I bought this product because I've been training for almost 2 years and my results haven't changed in the last 6 months. When I bought this product I didn't know much about the testosterone production cycle in our bodies. So I started taking it, I took all 100mg but it was too much for my body and it gave me a nasty headache. So I experimented with lowering the dose to 25mg but I still had a headache. So I broke it down to 10mg and started getting results and getting rid of my headaches. Why am I giving this product 1 star? The reason for this is that this product should be marketed with additional information on how the testosterone (TC) cycle works. As many of you know, TS starts in the hypothalamus, then the pituitary gland, down to the testicles and back to the hypothalamus where negative feedback tells the hypothalamus to stop signaling the rest of the components and stop producing testosterone. So the problem with 7 Keto is that it is an exogenous substance that you put into your body so the natural T stops. I didn't know this before I started taking this product. And since CU is a complex process, and the companies selling this product make money, they must have the decency to warn buyers about violating natural CU. Because this product introduces extrinsic T, it also creates excess estrogen as T can be converted back to estrogen. Please take a look at TC so you can better understand this review. Because my natural T was compromised, my testicles started shrinking and couldn't shed fat. I took this product for 3 months and stopped completely. What I've learned is that you can't take a product without really learning about it. I hope this helps guys and good luck!
