The seat has very little padding except for air bubbles. I have tried many times to contact Airhawk via phone and email to ask about warranty service, how long the airbags last, how they hold up in the sun and cold, and if they can be replaced or repaired. , or if the airbags fail, you'll have to buy a brand new seat. I haven't received an answer yet.
