Large! Longer and better than girls of the same size.
I bought my daughter a size S fleece vest in the girls department. It stands well, but the vest is too short at the back when sitting. So I went ahead and bought a size S in the boys department. The armholes are slightly larger, the total length is about 1.5-2 cm longer. It fits perfectly!
