Review on CURT 56335 Custom 4-Pin Trailer Wiring Harness, Vehicle-Side for Ford Escape, Black by Daniel Roe

Another mistake. This is the second curt strap that I will be replacing on my Ford Escape. First, a freewheeling diode burned out and the right turn signals stopped working. This second one stopped working at all - it doesn't burn at all. I was hoping that this new model would be more reliable than the first as it looked like it had been redesigned. Had not. I even placed the control panel in the cockpit completely in front of the elements. I give them credit for the right timing and for only working during the warranty period. This requires serious planning. I just want them to put in the effort to win loyal customers through product quality, not product substitution.
