Hmm, bought these for work. I was looking for a metal tape measure. It looks metallic. It is not. Cheap plastic but the tape itself works well. I got them for their price and the more expensive FATMAXs don't last long. They collect crap in the case and prevent it from sliding in and out. &gt;&lt; I can buy several of these at the same price and keep the same quantity.
