Remove the protective film!
Hands and movements are great. There is a thin sheet of plastic on the front of each arm, but it was barely visible and it took some time to find the edge to peel off. I guess this screen protector was there to keep black hands in perfect condition. (I have a feeling the previous reviewer thought the hands they received were scratched, but it was actually a protective film that made it look like it.)
