Disgusting, not happy with the purchase.

For 18 days, I contact the support service in various ways: via chat, by mail, by phone, to find out how I can return the product, since I ordered it not through the application, but on the site. Today (16-11) the Call-center employee added this order to my personal account, but I cannot return it, because the return period has expired.
With its pros:
I didn't even open it - the product came in a damaged package
Has cons:
